I came here for an emergency walk-in dentist appointment. Service was great. From reception to my dental assistant and dentist. So grateful I was able to be seen. I did not wait longer than 30 mins to be seen. The dentist was very quick and it was a pleasant experience considering.

I've been there a year ago and my tooth still have not been pulled! Not the first time the reason I was there in pain, not the second time because now they want to deep clean my left side teeth where there is only upper teeth no bottom teeth and my reason for being there in the first place is on my RIGHT SIDE! Another appointment was set for May of this year only for right side deep cleaning. Now my tooth is about to extract itself that's how big the hole is now. I don't know if it's a money gouge gauging scheme from insurance companies or if they just don't give a care about my pain and suffering for a dollar. A tooth extraction is free!! Why why why did they do this to me ☹️

Yes, very ghetto and unprofessional...I do not recommend no one to go there. I normally go to the one on Roosevelt and Walcott but I went against my better judgment after I already received bad service from the Mile square on Stony island in the past.. it never fails for the second time I received poor service and on top of that I only received half of the service of the reason why I came in with appointment on top of that.smh!

Yes they take walk ins start at 8am
Medicare Medicaid and all major insurance companies. But check your insurance look for your doctor's name and see if they're located under your insurance company
