This is my 2nd appointment with Rachel Vandyken. She has taken the time to listen to the needs of my body. She has respected the conscious reflection I have been doing within the scope of my ability to understand what is happening with in my body. She has now begun to schedule tests to determine what is in fact happening and to plan a strategy to improve and correct what can be done to improve my quality of life. This is extremely hopeful. I commend Oak Street Health for allowing her the time to listen and evaluate, then implement a plan. This is what HealthCare looks like when people allow compassion to be coupled with efficiency as a business model.

Rachel Van Dyken is excellent !! Update 4-5-2022 Not sure what is happening here. Too many changes in management. Most recently one employee did not authorize blood work AND sent it to the wrong lab causing us a nightmare to deal with which is still not resolved.
