I have been visiting this clinic for approximately 6 years, I never had any problems, there were staff who helped with the translation into Spanish, the doctors were friendly and the receptionists too, and if you arrived without an appointment they attended you without a problem. But recently I was there for an appointment with Dr. Hood and I had a very bad experience, he did not consult me ​​well, he seemed in a hurry to leave, if he was in the office for 5 minutes it was too long, he did not give me any diagnosis, I could not even tell him everything he wanted, he doesn't care about patients and I say this because he did the same thing when he left the office, he went to attend to other patients and his attention was the same, 5 minutes at the most and goodbye. Health is not a game, people are vulnerable to that place, the least we want is poor treatment or poor care, I really do not understand why they do not take their jobs seriously. More being a health sector. I know that there may be patients who are rude too, but I am a kind person because I seek the same treatment and it is not fair that they do not give it to you.
