If you’ve got 4 hours to kill and enjoy spending time in waiting rooms while being lied to and never actually seen, this is the place for you. My wife showed up at 11:30 for her 11:45 ultrasound appointment - something that should take 20-30 minutes. She was told the doctor was running late and he would be there in 45 minutes. Every 30-45 minutes the next 4 hours she was told he would be another 45 minutes late. Finally at 3:45 she asked if he was actually coming. The woman at reception said “oh, he called about a half hour ago and cancelled the appointment.” The staff couldn’t even be bothered to find my wife in the waiting room to tell her they’d just wasted 4 hours of her time. They just let her sit there knowing the appointment that was already 3.5 hours late was now cancelled. Thankfully the staff was rude the entire time which really helped round out the day she spent at the Erie Humbolt Park Health Clinic.
