I like this location better than the one on Roosevelt. But why when I call it's saying to call during normal business hours. It's Friday and it's currently 12:55pm.

Horrible! I have been a patient of this particular location for OVER 10 years and each time I have to schedule an appointment or even go into the office to be seen it gets worse! They have you on hold for 20 and 30 minutes just to hang the phone up and have to wait another 10 minutes to get through again! You would think that their patients would be their first priority, but it’s sad to say they are not! And the sad part about it is, things won’t get better! The lack of empathy that’s shown is even more horrible! I hate the thought of even having to make an appointment because it’s never a smooth experience!

They actually do not officially open until 8:30. Some staff do arrive and start at 8:00, however the phones switch automatically from the answering service to the office at 8:30am Monday through Saturday
Hello Canya. Visits are by appointment only at PCC Austin. However, PCC has a walk-in clinic nearby at West Suburban Medical Center. The PCC Walk-In Wellness Center at West Suburban Medical Center is open every day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
If you are a patient and have signed up for the patient portal, you can message your doctor directly through that. Otherwise you can call the clinic and speak to a nurse who will relay your question to the doctor.
