It's ridiculous that when u call there no one ever answers the phone. And don't call back sometimes till the next day or not at all. So my question is.. DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE?

Your right. They never ever answer or call back. Really makes you mad when I'm trying to give someone money and they can't even answer the phone. And then when they say they will email you they never do it

No. They don’t ever answer the phone or call you back! I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 weeks to have my water turned off which they don’t have an option for on their lil’ menu, nor the option to talk to a real person.

I leave a message w/ what I need to know & they have ALWAYS called me back and/or have left a voicemail with all the info that I asked!!$!!#!!!!!
