Decent experience. Everything pricing wise is normal (3mo. Water $170) & I like the new location better. The ladies upfront are nice but I do hope someone brings them some Starbucks or something to cheer them up. Personal preference there could be an air purifier or something to freshen it up though.

Fast and friendly staff. Insane $170 deposit required for all new accounts regardless of credit history though. Also they don't have much of a website. You can only make payments. Everything else has to be done in person which is crazy in the year 2021.

Called 5 days in a row to try to get service under my name, never got through once. That didn’t stop them from sending someone to my house to turn off the water. They are very antiquated and require you do most things in person, except guess what? Only their drive through is open, so I hope you like waiting in your car in the middle of the road. The deposit you’ll have to pay is also really large and they only accept cash or check, no debit or credit (again antiquated). Only gave it 2 stars because the staff was really friendly (not exactly helpful, but friendly). Otherwise it would have been 1.

Hopefully Diane is perfect and pays every bill on time and is shown some consideration and compassion when it comes to late fees especially during the holidays. Unfortunately we aren't all perfect and things happen. Merry Christmas and have a blessed holiday.
