So I can’t start service over the phone… I have to submit an online application…. And then wait for a call back. Meanwhile, While I’m waiting for this elusive call back I have no access to running water. This is primitive and frankly embarrassing. What excuses are you basing your business off of? People need water!!!! Get off your high horse and hire some customer service personnel so the public can get some mfing water. Please?

On May I paid my regular bill that I would always pay as. Well a week later we got another bill saying we owe the triple of what I usually would pay as. Now I went to complain about it and they still haven’t fixed it. They still want me to pay it even if it’s not our fault. Even when we paid it off they haven’t connected our water back on even if we have kids. Very bad service

My experience with Hendersonville water is beyond unacceptable. We paid a water tap fee on May 3, upon which we were then told we were scheduled to get our meter installed. It is June 23 and we are yet to have anybody come to the site to identify location or for installation of our meter. We have been told numerous times, repeatedly, that we are on the schedule, and now it is holding up my entire project from moving forward.
