What kind of a company sends you out a past due notice when they clearly cashed your check which was received on time? Especially in the age of online banking when we can clearly see the check # and when the check was cashed. And they send the bill on a postcard with a sticker placed over the total due. They stamp a big past due with an unhappy face on the postcard which has your account # and balance, etc, and stick it in the mail like that.. unreal. Like how about a real bill?? Ever hear of an envelope to protect people's privacy? After reading these other reviews I'm going to contact the Secretary of State and report this company. Oh and they just increased light fees from $5 a month to $10 a 100% increase for the few lights we have in our development.. $10 a month from 100 homes. That's 1000 a month for maybe 15 streetlights that look like they haven't been updated in the 20 years the development has been there. Probably run off of solar which is the REAL joke. I really don't like the things I've read about this company on here and I truly hope they attempt to do better.

Zero Stars out of FOUR. Totally agree with others, Worst Customer Service Ever. If I had someone working for my company like Chelsea, she would be looking for a new job. She's argumentative and extremely rude to customers. Blaming Post Office for me getting bills consistently every month on or around the 7th, then they are due by the 15th. Charge a Late Fee which isn't even listed on their bill that you see next month as as a "PREVIOUS BALANCE". Amazing... If you can put 'PREVIOUS BALANCE" it shouldn't be difficult to put "LATE FEE". Sad part is I have proof check was delivered from the bank dated 6/9/2020 on 6/15/2020 - but Chelsea said they didn't get it till 6/17/2020 so hence a $3.90 late fee. This is a scam, especially when I am paying $44/ month for ZERO WATER USAGE for the past 3 months and a St. light. Asked to talk to Owner/ Manager, we will see if they call. JUST TALK TO LINDSAY, OWNERS WIFE. I FEEL SORRY FOR THAT GUY. SHE HUNG UP ON ME... GREAT... THEY NEED JESUS.

They sent a bill to a small percentage of the people in our subdivision this month. When I called to say I did not receive a bill, they informed that some people in our subdivision received bills and some did not. They told me that I owe a late fee. A late fee for an amount that I was never billed. I asked about automatic bill payments. They explained that I would have to do online banking. Pathetic business!!!!!

They currently only offer online payment for select water systems. You can check their website to see if yours is available. Im sure once the kinks are worked out they'll offer it across the board.
