This is the worst utility company I've ever delt with they turn your power off for -1.25 than try to put you in debt management not only that I've seen my negative amount change to a new negative amount as if someone is tampering with the account which I believe they are i was also told they don't control the lights its controlled by a computer which I now know that to be a lie . They need to be either removed from this area or revamped because something ain't right about this company.

Grateful that they attempt to work with you- the prepay option is great for those who cannot afford a $500 down payment.

They are way OVER CHARGING PEOPLE…. And they will NOT work with you even if you bill is over $1000… they will send someone out to cut you off and then make you pay $80 extra doll just for them coming to your house……. Rude and they say we the customer owns the company blah blah …… I get a letter every year with a $ amount they that say they would prove you back but I have yet to ever see anything other then a large bill….

Power out way too much for too long and way overpriced. Thus is ridiculous. Georgia Power should definitely be an option especially when they have service spots all over. If you can avoid emc do so
