Yes there are. The free ranger tour is very good though. The ranger we had was very knowlegeable of the history but didnt show us much before leaving us to explore on our own.
Yes. There are also bus tour companies offering paid tours. Be careful though when you sign up. We were told we would be on an large new air conditioned bus but they stuck us on an old bus with no a/c because the group was small. It was really hot and bumpy. Several people got car sick who were seated in the back.
Not sure about hire but the ones that are there a very knowledgeable about the history and they're free. I think they may have tour buses. As they say, google it "tour guides Gettysburg"
