I am a very cautious person when going to new areas and like to have my firearm anytime i can. I read somewhere that having a firearm at the park is allowed so long as certain guidelines are followed. Is this true and if so, what are the guidelines?

Firearms are allowed anywhere outside as long as you follow CCW regulations, or you can open carry in PA. However, firearms are not allowed to he carried within federal buildings regardless of permit status.

I always keep mine on me. If you have a carry permit you can carry it but conceal it of course.
