It depends on the days, I think the passport are open past two either on weekend or weekdays. The post office is closed sundays. The post office is open Mon- Friday from 8am-8pm and Saturday from 8am-6pm. You can always Google to find out what times are the passport available. The post office is located on 149th street and grand concourse in bronx NY.
For passport I would say from opening to 2pm week days not open Sunday
