Does this pace always take over an hour to pick up a call in order. Do they always confuse your order and blame it on the iPad and serve you cold food? Just curious... that was my experience.

Had the same experience. Tried it in person and waited over one hour for our food, it came out cold. We hot up and left never went back and never would. Worst place ever

Never been to this location and I have not experienced this problem. If you are that unhappy try another location.
