This was the easiest, most pleasant DMV experience I've ever had! There was no wait (although several people came in right behind us), and the employees are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Each person with whom I interacted seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and clients. I'm so glad this is an option for all motor vehicle services. I cannot say enough good things about this business or their staff!

I’m not sure how this place only has 3 stars. I had an amazing experience here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Candi helped me out, and she was the nicest person i’ve ever dealt with especially at a DMV/third party location. Amazing service, busy, but not too busy to acknowledge their customers. Would definitely recommend.

Both my wife and I have had several bad experiences at this location. I understand lots of issues with regulation and procedures. Its more the general attitude from management and the owner. They have a don't care attitude. No empathy, customer service is bad. I have used other locations and have not had this issue. Just see current score of 2.7 on google says it all. I would work on your customer skills and improve your public relations. May go a long way. I would avoid this location unless you have no choice and don't expect much.

I went in for fingerprinting and the whole process was fast and easy. The staff was very nice and friendly. The extra cost of going here instead of an MVD branch is well worth it. As a bonus, reading some of these negative reviews with the owner responses is hilarious! I wish more business responded to rude reviews this way.

I was charged $65 in convenience fees to transfer title and get registration. Checked with one of their competitors and their price was $35 for the same services.

Hi Dawn, For Title Transfers, Registration Renewals, No! No appointment necessary. Our Florence Office is less busy than our Queen Creek office, but at either location, you can have this service processed without an appointment.
