Ordered through Grubhub. 6 donuts for Grandkids, a few breakfast sandwiches & a latte. ALL 6 DONUTS WERE WRONG & A GROSS KIND. Refunded whatever. My Grands left hungry. Sandwiches were meh, wrap horrible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GRUBHUB & DUNKIN DONUTS. Seems no one cares or has any pride to prepare/ deliver right anymore. It's NOT worth delivery, fee & tip charged. DUSGUSTED. DO BETTER. Thanks for ruining our Mother's Day treat. And Dunkin Donuts phone number is NOT being answered. You are TERRIBLE.

Just moved here,and I have been to this dunkin donuts 3 times, at different times of the day. Am and afternoon. Donuts if they have any are always stale. They make only one batch at 12am and they sit until they open at 4. By the time I get there they have nothing left even around 10am. Why don't they make more?

This is the most incompetent dunking donuts I have ever been to. Third times the nail in the coffin. Snackin Bacon is never fun cooked and is always soggy and looks like it was thrown on for 5 seconds. Apparently they don't stock cream cheese because when I order it it's never in the bag or on the bagel. The hash browns are burnt and the specialty coffee is never in Stock. Would be better to tear this down and put in something useful.

This location is frequently out of food [every other time we go, which is every day, this is not a hyperbole] and when they do have what we want it’s kinda slapped together without care [see picture]. Why 5 stars? Because it’s the only Dunkin near us and we don’t want to see it closed due to negligence or lack of consistency.
