Every time I get food from this Taco Bell something is always messed up with my order. In my honest opinion, I believe it's due to the younger people that work there. All my orders are in some way special, whether it's extra something or no something or add something. I am very clear when I speak at the drive thru or at the register. Funny thing is, even when I order online, they still can't get it right. The last time I was there, I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. I literally stood there for approximately 15 minutes until I was finally greeted and they asked can I help you. I told them yes, I am here for my order I placed online. They couldn't find it (apparently they hadn't started it yet) and told me that it would be a lil. They weren't all that busy so I didn't understand what the issue was. Fast-forward to when I get the order about 30 minutes later, I was so frustrated I didn't check the order there. I got home and went to pass out the food to the family and they shorted me some food and the food was cold. There should really be a team lead or manager that actually leads by example to maybe help these kids get it together. It's got to be one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a long time. Many issue need to be worked on at this particular location. For now, I will not return any time soon. Maybe in the future I'll give them another chance...

I posted a bad review over a year ago, bad experience. Just went thru the drive thru 15minutes ago and ordered a simple bean and cheese burrito. Have to say the young lady at window was top notch, friendly and smiling. Food was absolutely amazing. Nice job

The first picture was a crunchwrap and it had NO meat in it. So I drive back so they can replace it.. and the 2nd one is the replacement with LITTLE TO NO meat. $10 for this?? No thank you. Never coming here again.
