We have chosen Gina as our Realtor 5 different times to represent us buying and selling homes. She has helped us purchase 2 home and sell 3 homes over the last 22 years. We are very particular and have high expectations and Gina has delivered above and beyond on each occasion. Gina has 4 specific traits that earned our trust over the years. 1. Gina is timely and honest with good and bad news. 2. She is loyal and dedicated to you as the client and will fight for the best possible outcome 3. She is smart, knowledgeable and knows the local market as well as anyone in the Tri Valley Area and 4. She stays in constant communication through the entire process. I wish every person I worked with was as professional and trustworthy as Gina. If you are searching for a top agent, Gina is the best! Chris Cooper

Gina and her team were the absolute best when it came to purchasing own first home. She walked us through every step of the process and we always felt supported and prepared going into any offer we put down. She is also super sweet and genuine. We would absolutely recommend her and Elation 100%!!

Gina Piper is amazing! She helped us during a very difficult time with the loss of our mother and needing to sell her home quickly. She educated us and walked us through the process. She handled everything. Giving us referrals for the estate sale and using her own resources to schedule the inspections, the painting, carpet installation, staging, open house, and sale. All done within 2 months. Gina kept us up to date every step of the way. She is very professional, a great communicator, with a charming personality. I highly recommend Gina at Elation Real Estate!

We will always give 5/5 stars to Gina and Shawn. Gina and Shawn have helped us in both buying and selling our house. When it comes to Tri-Valley or anywhere in East Bay, you can leave it to Gina whether it is buying a house or selling your house. 8 years ago, Gina helped us to get our dream house in a hot seller’s market for a good bargain in the midst of multiple offers. We lived and cherished in that house for last 8 years. When it was time for us to sell the house we blindly went to Gina and Shawn. They helped us in every step and made the process so smooth and easy and got us a great deal :-). They took care of so many things on their own like fixing door locks, moving the washer/dryer out, etc when we were away. That is one amazing realtor team!! Thank you Gina and Shawn!!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
