I haven’t had an issue at this location until recently but I have gone back because it’s convenient, until today. I will be going elsewhere for my Apple purchases. My son and I had started to walk into the store when an employee asked how he could help us, not the issue. The issue was the plain clothed security guard with black hair and blonde tips, who stood two feet from my son’s face. One- COVID is still going around and for him not to have a mask on standing so close to my son, come on now. Then my son and I had to squeeze between the guard and the employee because neither of them would move. If this is your intimidation tactic for kids not to steal, you need to think of something else. I was offended and devastated for my son because even though the guard was the same race as my son, the guard’s actions were completely racially motivated. My son walked out of the mall and said he’s never been stared at so much, everyone looked at him as if was going to rob them. I agreed with my son and told him this hasn’t happened in so long. Apple needs to do better.

Had the battery replace on an iPhone. Initial service was great, picked up process, not so much. Took about an hour, went to pick it up, person said it was ready, and then we waited for 10 or 15 minutes before they brought it out...

When your three year old Air Pods decide to quit on you what do you do?? Google the nearest Apple store. Stoneridge Mall was a short thirty minute scenic drive away with beautiful countryside mountain views. Arrived and immediately found parking. Entered the mall through the doors next to the Cheesecake Factory, made a left and Apple was down on the right. Walked in, spoke to Jake and within a matter of minutes my AirPod purchase was complete and I was on the road again. I was looking for something, someone was willing to assist and this customer left happy! No time wasted.

For the $29 battery, you have to register on line, answered questions to be verified that you were qualified then you get an appointment. We went to our nearest Apple store. The rep. asked the same questions and checked our I.d. and ordered the battery. We have to wait for notice and make the second trip to buy/pickup the battery within five days. We thought that Apple was setting up all these hassels to halt off the rush? At least the new store was very impressive.

Bring it into an Apple Store (or call them) for an estimate. If it is out of warranty, they will let you know. You may want to compare the repair price vs. an upgrade/trade-in to a newer model.

I went in around opening time, i.e., noon on Sunday. The line wasn't too long. May want to try when they open tomorrow. That's the best time for walk-ins.
