I went in for a appt to switch phones and move all my info over to the new phone. when I got home my phone was still downloading from the cloud my apps, it has been 3 days and it is still trying to download. What can I do?

Power off and after 5 minutos,again start,it will solve the problem

Power On and Off ur phone. If that doesn't work you may have to call customer support or take it back to the store.
