Located dive bar with some interesting clientele. Visited here after a conference I had, and was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. It's dark and a little run down but that's what you should expect! Not sure if I would come back as there are other bars that offer more for less.

It all depends on who is there. If you bring your own friends then it depends on how much you like those friends I guess but the crowd is completely erratic. You never have any idea who or what type of crowd (or any at all) will be there. It's like throwing dice. I have definitely had fun there sometimes and I have also been bored out of my mind other times. Occasionally there are even hostile crowds but I certainly wouldn't say often enough to describe the bar as a hostile place. You really just never know what you are going to get. It also depends a bit on who is dominating the jukebox. It is definitely a dive bar and I think that is it's appeal for most of the people that like it. It's tiny and dark... Really dark. Make sure to wait for the ugly lights to come on before you take someone home from there or you might wake up to a surprise. It's definitely a lot more fun if you make friends with the bartender though so if you find one you like then figure out their schedule and go then.
