I'm actually pretty tech savvy but have no idea what you mean by phone NBRS. Probably should clear up your question a little bit. Second, this is an issue that since the data that you are looking to retrieve is stored in the cloud, it is an issue that would be better to take up with Apple support via phone chat or email. You could start by going to iforgot.apple.com or typing the words iforgot and Apple into Google as that's the site where you recover a forgotten Apple ID or password, but judging by the question, I'm assuming this is probably the first time and more than likely you're going to probably end up on the phone with some Apple tech who needs to help you out.
