I can personally say it's from our new machine we got that brews the ice coffee. As an employee our old coffee machine tasted better than the new one we have now .
Kelly Brady, this is a place for reviews where people can state how they rate products and how they feel about products. It doesn't make sense for you to shame them for doing just that.
Employees are in need of training then. Look at all the reviews for this location. Multiple complaints about coffee that taste like water. I am a beverage tech that specializes in coffee, tea and espresso. So trust me when I say I know every process from grind to cup. Everyone knows coffee is 99% water extracting flavor from the ground bean. But the finished product shouldn't taste like water. Product isn't the only issue. Employees are definitely unprofessional. Probably a employee that made that shut up remark. I've already reached out and spoke with corporate. Seems they are more aware of they reviews then the actual employees and owners of this particular location. What a shame
No there is no excess water added. Everything is made fresh daily, water is an obvious part of the process when creating products, but is never used as a filler or substitute.
