Your past service managers Cameron Downing and Brian Taube are committing Defamation of character and Libel. Big O and under Cameron's direction failed to properly service a car. It needed 2 new tires and a nail pulled out of a Mercedes. Cameron Downing and the Mgt. Team at Big O tires failed to do this which could have caused possible serious injury or wrecked a trip being stranded in the desert. You had multiple employees posts fictitious claims against my real estate practice. It would be my advice to never use Big O tires as they failed miserably in their duties. When called out for the total failure to service the vehicle they start to commit Libel, trying to wreck you for their failure. I have called your corporate office twice. They took my info and stated someone would be calling both times. Another Big OH No failure.

These guys are really awesome. The right amount of professionalism and being casual. I interacted both times with a few of them but mostly Kyle. I had a few tires that needed repaired plus needed some new ones. On my way to get my new tires on my AC stopped working and they fixed it that same day when they did everything else. There was a bunch of people ahead of me and having to add on that extra service was sweet of them to squeeze in last minute. Super good guys and I’m glad I chose here. Thanks for everything. You guys are the best.

Brought my suv in for oil change. Found out I needed brakes and rotors, so they replaced all 4. Just a few months later, had to have all 4 replaced again. They blamed my driving. Come to find out, they used inferior, poor quality parts both times!! That's how they keep their prices low, they repair vehicles with poor quality, unsafe parts, and make customers think they're getting a great deal! I tried to get my money back for brakes and rotors. The manager was very nasty and rude. Instead, he wanted to replace brakes and rotors a third time using the same poor quality, unsafe parts!! I called corporate office for help, and they are just as incompetent. They promised calls back with resolution, but I never heard back from them. The entire Big O franchise is run by a bunch of Big O Losers! Take your business to a more reputable repair shop!! I would give them a big ZERO if I could.

Absolutely terrible service. Worse I have experienced. I made an appointment for today for just an oil change a week ago. I dropped it off this morning for my appointment. After them trying to get me to allow them to do $500 worth of work (they haven't even gotten the keys yet) we finally agreed that they would just do the oil change I requested. They said it would be done in 90 minutes. Two and a half hours later I called to check on the status. He said they got backed up but they were pulling it in as we speak and it wound be no more than 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I went in to the store. It was still sitting in the spot out front where I let it this morning untouched!!! I told him to give me my keys back and I would go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
