Normally I have a amazing experience , I’m not a KAREN I don’t mind waiting in line for 30-40 min and always leave no less then $10 tip every time ( I go 4-7 times PER DAY!) long story short JOANNA was at drive threw and idk if it’s a bad day but rude not friendly nice or nothing like a normal Starbucks run nope …

The staff, drinks, and location is great with the exception of one main thing. The music is wayyyy too loud. Only left one star so this review stands out. Turn the music down and it’s 5 stars from me.

LONG drive thru line for 2pm, but was surprised it moved pretty quick! Was also surprised they still had the muffin that is usually sold out by noon. I didn't have to wait after paying for my order, and I always appreciate genuine friendliness at the window. Definite 5 star service today!
