I am older man now and have trouble cutting my toe nails. Not too many men in the place but quite honestly, I don't care as long as my toe nails are cut properly.

This was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Me and my daughter went to get pedicures and I was getting a full set. The lady was rude the moment we sat down. I showed her a picture of the French manicure I wanted and she proceeded to do my nails, all of them were misshaped and looked awful. I asked her if someone else could do them. she jumped up and said no one else is better than her and if I didn’t like them I could leave. I asked her why she was acting like that and yelling at me, that I still wanted my nails finished, she continued to yell at me and I said my nails weren’t even filed, no finishing coat, I was not going to pay for this awful unfinished set. She grabbed me by my wrist and started cutting the nails OFF. I was so embarrassed and in complete shock. everyone was starring. I went to another salon near by to ask if they can help me and told them what happened. the nail techs and customers shared that they have heard and experienced terrible service from this same salon and same nail tech. Please do not go to this establishment to be assaulted and humiliated.

The nail techs were the best I've been at in Arizona. I went with my niece and they were so friendly, smiley and did the best job at making sure we were fully taken care of. Thanks much for all of your smiles and doing an excellent job!

Made an appointment for 1:00pm, at 1:30 told me 5 to 10 minutes….1:50 and I left. Also witnessed 2 other people have the same experience. Peoples time is valuable and I understand running behind 10 to 15 minutes. Almost an hour, not acceptable.
