Hi, how could I file a complain regarding my package delivery issues? I called the 800 number, but there are no options to talk to live person to file the complain. This the the 4 or 5th time this year, my packages were not delivered to me home.

You can go into usps.com or contact the station where you reside.

Yes go in and ask for the carrier supervisor they can find out why they there is a problem at all you address directly from your carrier..

There is someone answer the 1800 number but i heard its a long wait, but the other alternative way is you can reach out to the JAF Consumer Affair Office or Postmaster office. Have them open up a case# for you.
