No but they do have business cards from places that WILL give you a DR recommendation (which is what you need to get a card). To get this recommendation you'll need to pay the appropriate fees (150$ to the state no matter where you go, 75$ if you have SNAP + Dr (s) fees) and you'll also need either medical records proving you qualify or to see their on site "pain specialist" they usually call it and costs extra. Arizona Organix has 50$ off renewals and another place advertising 249$ all fees included (a lot charge 50$ for processing) and if you don't qualify you don't pay! I've seen don't qualify don't pay for the dr visit but never the whole amount. I'd go in and get some cards and ask the staff! Most of them have their cards so they can give you more info than I can in this answer. Hope this helps.
