All the Sonora Quest Labs seem to have a problem with their front-desk employees. I tried this one thinking it might be better. I was in a long line and when I was next in line, the young man, Carlos, made me wait until the while line was taken care of when I was only picking up a test that was right behind the counter. I asked him if he was too busy if one of the three people behind the counter could grab it for me. He said no, that they were busy. After the line had been taking care of, he went back to grab my kit and had to interrupt one of the busy people to ask if he were doing it correctly.???

Please please places Work perfect with schedule and give real time to patient must patient are working and they take brake from job just about blood test not even take 5 minutes or 10 Why let patient wait 30 to 40 minutes plus we have appointment before week or 2 I did 1 star just to show your Record.

Staff was friendly and pleasant when I had a lab draw on May 27. However, the phlebotomist lacked sufficient training, jabbing the needle in so painfully, hard and deep he had difficulty finding the vein in my right AC. I used to be a phlebotomist and I had to remind that he wasn’t at a 15 degree angle! I asked how long he had been a phlebotomist & he said THREE MONTHS! I consider this an owner/management issue that needs immediate attention.

For routine lab testing, we accept and serve walk-in patients right up until our closing time. However, certain other tests such as glucose tolerance and health & wellness exams require additional time to be completed and we are unable to accept patients for these tests at or near our closing time. Please call us directly and a member of our staff can confirm if your test is considered a routine lab test and if we will be able to serve you at the time you plan to visit our facility.
