For me it’s hit or miss, I waited a little over 3 hours! Last time out of the 5times I’ve been there this month so far only 2 phlebotomists have been able to place my needle in right, the other times they had to re adjust a few times leading to a hematoma.

Just had my first appointment and it went very smoothly. Tara who did my physical was really great. So Tara if you read this, thank you! Zero issues at all and I already have my next appointment scheduled!

Looong lines. How about better compensation for people's time. 2 hours standing to get a bed, then wait another 20-30 to get hooked up. Only here for the better compensation they are giving me. After I am done here I will go to another company for donations. This center is always short staffed.

Clean facility but the wait time to get your vitals/finger poked is horrible & then you go get into an even longer line to wait for a bed which is just as long....no matter what time your appointment is plan on being at this location for a minimum of 2-3hours. My appointment was at 4:35pm...I arrived at 4:35 & it's now 5:12pm & I'm just now next up to get my finger poked....after getting poked I stood in the "bed line" for another hour even though there were plenty of empty beds...then it took another 20minutes to get hooked up. It only took me 40minutes to actually donate plasma but I was there for 3 HOURS...again...I didn't leave until 7:30....and it is a minimum 2-3 hours every time at this location...at other locations I have been in and out in under 1 hour..so idk what this location is lacking whether it's enough staff or what but they should really look into hiring more people.

They are! Check out the website to see the promotions and make your first appointment!
They test for a lot of stuff the first time you donate. If you do have any of concern they will inform you of it.
Generally as long as the bruise isn't within 2 inches of the elbow on any side of your arms, you'll be ok.
You need to reset it through your username which is the email you used.
Yes, $20 for the first donation and $50 for the second along with other monthly promotions.
I think its a matter of well being.
You'll need to call your center and ask them.
They will give it you
900 hundred split into 8 visits about 100 each get more on last ones.
July sucked. Was 20 first visit, 60 for the second visit. Not sure if they will keep it the same for August.
The hours vary by location. Each one has their hours posted on their door and listed online.
ROBERT S. I HAVE BEEN GOING SINCE THE DAY AFTER EASTER AND STILL GOING TWICE A WEEK. NO PROBS WHAT SO EVER.
No age limit. Hematocrit, BP, Pulse, Temp are the criteria
You should be able to. Just ask at the reception desk.
You have to show proof of were you live (ID and utility bill or lease). As for a resident of AZ, you'll need to ask the center you are wanting to donate at.
Hello Dawn, You are paid on the same day of your donation. Thank you!
Website works better than app
Hi Cristian- Thank you for reaching out. Please click on the Location tab on our website and then click on your center (or you can enter in your zipcode and click on your center). You will find links and information on your center's current offers (as well as the payouts and terms/conditions). Thank you!
I would call, it would depend on how busy they are that day.
Hi- Thank you for your interest in donating. We encourage you to consider scheduling an appointment at your local center where we have trained professionals who can speak with you about eligibility.
The one I go to on 59th ave doesn't open until 11am today.
If you received a Covid-19 vaccine, there is not a deferral period to donate plasma as long you feel well and do not have a fever.
We encourage you to consider scheduling an appointment at your local center where we have trained professionals who can speak with you about eligibility. If you are interested in convalescent plasma donation with us, please contact your local center directly for more information.

You can donate twice every 7 days, but need at least one day in between your two donations. The easiest thing to do is pick two days and donate those same two days each week (every Tuesday and Thursday for example). Please feel free to contact your local center for further information.
Please reach out to your local center directly for more information on their compensation for the month. Thank you for your interest in changing someone's life.
A recent tattoo may affect your eligibility to donate for a period of 4 months up to 12 months, depending on the state in which the tattoo was applied. You may be eligible to donate if your tattoos are older. The location of your tattoo may also affect your eligibility.
For more information on the donation process please visit our website. If you have additional questions please reach out to your local center directly. Thank you for your interest in changing someone's life.
Thank you for your interest in donating. Your first step is to create a profile online (or on our BioLife Mobile App) and schedule an appointment for a physical and donation at your local center.

Hello, A recent piercing may affect your eligibility to donate for a period of 4 months up to 12 months, depending on the type of procedure used to complete the piercing and whether or not the piercing shows sign of infection. You must be able to explain how the piercing was performed and briefly describe the technique used to the center medical staff so they can determine your donation eligibility.
No, you are limited to one location
They do not answer the phone, and expect long waits at the center.
They have been taking appointments. With the specials going on they are booked pretty far out. You can always call the center and ask if they have any last minute openings or if they will accept the coupon later. Also they could have just as good if not an even better coupon next month so all is not lost.
They have new donor promos. You can earn up to 600 dollars for your first 8 visits (one month). After that you make about 330 a month. They often run promos to boost your income. They put it on a debit card for you to use. Its a great program! Download the BioLife app for more info
Yes, you can, as long as you don't have more than 3 donations in the last 7 days between both centers.
New donors get 300 for the 1st month. I believe for February it was an extra $40 on your 7th donation but it's too late. If you have the app it will let you know of any specials. Also if you've been away a long time they have bonuses to get you back to donating.
They send it to you in the Biolife app in your message folder.
It really depends on you and what you're comfortable with. When I first started I donated as often as I could and I was fine. I was virtually homeless at the time and really needed the money. That was about 4 yrs ago. I've kept with the same routine 95% of the time since. So if you're cool with it, go twice a week and see how you feel. If everything's good keep doing it. If not, just go once a week. Keep in mind though, the real money is on your 2nd donation of the week once the new donor bonus runs out.
Be careful... they will screw u out of it...
Call the center.
Lifesaver500 is supposed to be for November 2019.
I just had my driver's license and w-2. I also had my passport and a bill with my name and address on it, but they never used it.
acceptable donor identification number (SSN or for donors without a SSN the following can be used, PRC, BCC or Laser Visa Number). One form of identification is acceptable IF the identifying document provides all four of the above items: examples include a social security card, driver's license, valid passport, certified birth certificate, ID card issued by the government agency or other entity (e.g., US military, school, employment, state, etc.), or permanent residence card issued by CIS. Please note that EXPIRED or illegible forms of identification are not acceptable.
Yes
You can't
I recently read that if you go to the Mesa location, you can get $400. Can always go to their website! Biolifeplasma.com
Yes, as long as your iron, protein and triglycerides are within normal levels.
If you download the BioLife Plasma Services app and register through there you will get access to the most current new donor promotions. You can also schedule/reschedule your appointments on the app, and see your current balance on your debit card.
Go to thier website... Use me as a referral and we both get extra money...on top of ur new donor
It depends on where you received your tattoos on how long the deferral will be applied. When you go in for your appointment make sure you know when and where you recieved the tattoo and their nursing staff will record it in your record and let you know if there is any deferral period required.
Basically, you have to have proof of address in Arizona!
You need an appointment. Easy to do online, on the app or over the phone.
You go through an intake process so be sure to leave 2 hrs for your first donation. You will go through a questionnaire and speak with a Nurse to field through additional questions for the first hour. Then you will taken over to the donation area and then you go home. The BioLife Glendale location imaculate location. No matter who you see the process is exactly the same everytime. Very professional also.
Its really not a donation of blood. It's plasma taken from your blood. So blood type is not an issue.
70 a week if you donate twice a week. Monthly promotions also. This month is 40 for 7 donations in the month for me. Not sure if it's different for others
It did mine too. I went to the website to get my balance till it corrected itself
Pay is 20 first time of the week and 50 for the 2nd time of the week. If you are a brand new donor for them and have a coupon payout varies your first five time from 50 to 60 to 80 till it adds up to 300 your first five donations
You will want to confirm with your dr that you are healthy enough to donate. But primarily, the main things that could cause deferral would be anything communicable and anything that compromises the quality of your plasma. This could be a host of different diseases. The best thing would be to call the center and ask to speak with someone on the medical staff. Discuss any medical concerns you have with them and confirm that you are okay to donate. I would still confirm with your dr first because if anything you have would disqualify you, they should know as it's similar to donating blood. Make sure to be honest though the process as your plasma is used to make medicines and you should not take any risks!
Donate up to twice a week. $20 the first time, and $50 the second.
