No. They do not due to a high volume of business. Don't expect a call back either. You will have to walk in or handle everything through their app.
Yes, they do answer the phone but the center is always very overwhelmed due to business. I would try calling later in the day. Try 30 minutes before closing is my suggestion.
I believe it's pretty rare to get a phone call answered at any biolife center, due to the amount of business vs staffing.
