I would say the overall rating is deserved. Made an appointment and they call me a week before and say they made a mistake and have to reschedule. Ok, things happen. Next appointment available is over a month after the first. Really, they mess up, wait until the last minute to notify me and then make no attempt to get me in scheduled in a reasonable time. Completely didn't care and said the appointment available was it. I'll be finding somewhere different.

I was there waiting on my husband to complete a test. I observed the two ladies sitting at the front desk “helping” patients. They were unfriendly and in one case rude to an elderly patient who was having trouble with their automated reminder system. Very condescending and impatient with him. When they saw me watching them, the tone changed. I cannot stand to see people in customer service jobs that have no people skills.

Just saw Dr Geohas for the first time. He was so kind and efficient. Very thorough. the staff was great. they explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. was in and out with scheduling and setting up holter monitoring within an hour .
