Doctor Lee Frankel has been my doctor since 1993 and he is an amazing physician. He takes time to listen and give an educated diagnosis. He shows care and compassion for his patients.

Staff is very rude and mistreated my 82 year old mother multiple times. She asked me to go to her appointments with her due to the staff mistreating her. She also complained about constantly running out of medications she has taken for years. The final straw was when they did this with her blood pressure medication. Phoenix heart stepped in and wrote another prescription after the staff refused to call one her for her without an appointment.

Terrible front office was a patient for years, Then because I missed a payment for $60 which I was ready to pay. They sent me a letter explaining I was not welcomed back. This after 10+ years of being seen by Dr. Ames
