I went in to purchase something I know nothing about for my daughter's newest instrument. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit steep but it's the most convenient place I know of to get any product we need for any kind of instrument in a hurry.

If you're looking to have a flute repaired, they provide repair services via their off-sight repair shop. They offer free transport to and from the shop for you, as well as free estimates. So even if you decide the repair is more expensive than the flute is worth, it doesn't cost you anything to find out.
