If I could give zero stars I would!! This office has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! I couldn’t understand the receptionist and then she hung up on me three times, I had to block my number in order for them to answer my call again and I still did not get help!! I asked to speak to a manager who conveniently is on maternity leave. Needless to say I will not be scheduling at this office. Wow…. Even Dr. Evans appears to be just as rude!! You are correct I am not currently a patient….. I was calling in to become a patient. Being called a liar is most definitely not an office I would like to be associated with. Just so that you are corrected. When someone finally did answer my call I spoke to Ynette, Who stayed that the manager was on maternity leave and that Lacey was her stand-in (who apparently was at lunch). I asked to leave Lacey a voicemail been told that the office does not have voicemail so I left my name and phone number which nobody ever gave me a call back! Check your phone logs Dr. Evans. I called in at 1:27 to 1:30. If you are worried about the negative reviews I strongly suggest your office getting some customer service training ASAP! The whole point of reviews is to help others who are interested in becoming a patient…. Hopefully this will advise them on what horrible treatment they will get on both ends. Regards.

ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS DOCTOR EVANS AND THE STAFF ARE IN GLENDALE ARE THE VERY. BEST!!

Clinical staff have been great. I can’t say that for the receptionist. You can’t understand a word she is saying and extremely rude. If you can tolerate getting passed her you will be ok. She needs to be sent to customer service training. As we all know that person answering the phone is the first impression of all!
