Jeff White the case manager is great but that lady Kristen that works at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE AND STUCK UP! She's dealing with mentally ill people so she might want to watch her attitude because she is going to rub someone the wrong way one day and well, I'm pretty sure you know what happens after that. Everyone else at the front desk is great and polite but that Kristen lady seriously needs to get fired! Extremely unprofessional!!!!

2018 I became homeless. They said they would help me 2022 never did . I've had 30 caseworkers at least . I like Dr. Conception. What I didn't understand they support a guy mike who owns 20 houses.. he becomes your payee give you a room and 25.00 of your money a week . Blah blah blah. All the reviews are bad . This is for SSI PEOPLE WHY ISNT SOMEONE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT

They forgot to have me sign any paperwork as a new patient. Including a concent to retreat. They demand that I meet them for paperwork and when my schedule need ONLY TWO more days than there preference they were rude and condescending. When I informed them I no longer wanted to be a patient they kept arguing with me. Soon as my schedule allows heads will roll.

How can a business with multiplexed business phone service always have a busy signal?

It seems that once they get sonegood at reception and phones, they leave for a better job. Just wish there wasn't a prohibition on e-mailing the case managers, who are so frequently unavailable and seem to rarely respond to brief voice mail.

Partners in recovery? Exactly what are they recoverring? It seems to me that the front office and case management staff thier are in competent. The turn over rate is off the chart. I have to see a Therapist to see a primary care physician really?

Partners in recovery is the most dismal psychiatric and medical facility I have ever seen in my life. They have botched all of my medical and insurance benefits that I had to fix myself, they make appointments for you and then forget about you so you will spend hours out in the lobby until you say something. The case managers, the psychiatrist, the primary care physician, and seemingly everybody that works there has no idea what's going on, nothing is organized and they all blame the problems on somebody else that works there. If you were thinking about using the services here, don't. If you just started here, request to move somewhere else right away. It's my opinion that almost everyone that is treated here could be launched out of a cannon at a 45 degree angle in the sky in any direction and be better off wherever they landed then they are being treated here. Its that bad.
