I've had the worst and most infuriating patient experience ever from this office (and this isn't the first time either). Had a follow up appointment online on Saturday, 4/9/2022. and checked in 10 minutes ahead of time. 10 minutes passed by and still did not receive an email to the webex meeting ID, so I was concerned and called the office to see what's going on. I was told by the receptionist that doctors can sometimes run late for an appointment and that I should receive a call shortly by the MA. 40 minutes passed the appointment and still received no call, so since I was concerned, I called the office again. Receptionist confirmed that I checked in and appointment is still on but transferred me to the MA. The MA denied there was an appointment despite the system and receptionist already confirming it and said she will look into it. Without any warning or follow up, the MA transfer me to the receptionist and that is NOT acceptable! What is wrong with the MA? Instead of actually helping out the patient, she had no answer so she transfers without any warning to escape ownership?? The receptionist stated it may have been a technical issue and suggested to reschedule. As a conclusion, I simply cannot understand how I've experienced a no show on my appointment, despite receiving an email and sms confirmation and checking in. What boggles my mind even more is how unprofessional the staff members are for not following up or taking ownership of their work. If I had never called to follow up, I can't imagine how long I would've waited for an appointment that did not exist. I've wasted my entire morning on this bs. Owner and Office Manager, I hope you're reading this. If you truly care about your patients, please re-train your entire front office staff and instill accountability! This is not acceptable! Update (10/8/2022): Initially gave one star but recent experience has been pleasant. Joyce Kim is an amazing provider and the staff was great.

This is the second time I have been let down and neglected by this office. I’ve reached out two separate times, asking for assistance in being set up with therapy, and have twice not received a call back like I was supposed to.

They don't care about anything but their check. One of the worst clinics I've ever been too.

I have been with terrors for years at 27th Ave location. They are the nicest most compassionate Dr's office I've been too. I recently got stung by a bunch of yellow jackets and was having an allergic reaction. My Dr's office at 27th Ave said to go to the one closest to me to be seen asap. They said go to 6153 w olive terrors for an appointment at 11am. I got there at 10:33 am and waited at the reception desk for 20 minutes while I watched terros workers come and go without even saying a word. So I walked to the main office to see if I could get some help. I walked in at 10:55, they told me that 6151 was where my appointment was (their bad)Then a medical assistant called my name and very rude she says that I was late and would have to wait for a no show which could be hours. Then a guy walks in 2 mins before his appointment and gets called right back.. I was frustrated and asked to speak to a manager but was told it wouldn't do any good. I feel bad for the other people this happens to. It's fairly obvious they could care less and have no compassionn for a person in obvious pain and rapid swelling. It was completely unfair and I felt singled out for no reason. One receptionist was telling me that she understood and didn't know why they were doing that and she wasn't able to help, while the other receptionists were snarky and would not help me resolve it. An automated response that every other honest review gets rather than a sincere response, further shows thier carelessness and lack of compassion. 👇
