My roommate and I had to move into an apartment and was without internet for a week after moving in. Cox sent someone out to the apartment to fix the problem and gave us $20 off for failing to have proper connection. The following month they charged us $100 for having someone come out and fix the error when we first moved in. They had to go into all the rooms and eventually into the closet on the balcony to fix whatever the issue was. The man stayed for 30 mins and made sure it worked before he left. Now we have to pay them $100 for an error THEY caused us and they refuse to waive it even thought we only called because their connection wasn’t working. If you can help it, use a different internet company. This is ridiculous!

Very poor online customer service when I first signed up with them there was a plan 250 mbps for $59.99 for 12 months after I signed up with them they started charging $69.99 and found out it was only for 150 mbps I contacted them and no one was willing to help and I didn't have proof cause the conversation deleted after I closed it. and the joke is they wanted to renew the same plan 150 mbps for $76.99 saying its ONLY 7 dollars more while if you check online that same plan is for $41.99!!!!! What a waste of money and poor customer service.

You should be able to, if they don't have one they will send you to the solution center around 19th and bell.

Won't deal with Cox Equipment any more because it's junk. I went and bought my modem and router at Walmart. Doing this saved the rental that never ends from Cox.
