I had a few procedures and everything was awesome at first. Dr Hogan has great bedside manner and is competent. I've had chronic pain for years. I need a cervical procedure done per their recommendation. I have been waiting for 5 MONTHS now for the office to simply give the insurance the information they need. It took almost a month to submit the first time and now it's been denied twice simply because they did not have the info they needed. I have called the office many, many times and the manager told me she would be on the case. That was the only one time I have ever talked to her. She is never available and has NEVER called me back. When I went back in because my insurance needed new info AGAIN because everything they had on file was now over 3 months old...she was very apologetic and it was hard to be upset with her. Yet, here I am, crying, being told I was denied AGAIN and they closed my case. So, now I have to start all over again. I have good insurance. This should not have ever been an issue. My complaints have not been taken seriously.

Hogan is great, no nonsense Doc and his PA is amazing.

I made an appointment online over a week ago. I called today to confirm my insurance and was informed I had no appointment, despite receiving an email confirmation. Then I was told I had to reschedule my appointment. Not happening! Obviously they don’t care about their patients if they can’t manage to honor appointments times or to manage their schedule.
