Dr Patrice has helped us figure out what specialists she needs and always takes the time to really listen to my grandmother's experience so she can give the best recommendations. The office staff is so helpful and friendly! I'm grateful for them every visit.

Excellent staff and thoughtful Dr! I neglected my healthcare for years and found redirect through a family member... I really liked my previous Dr office but now live too far away. I was surprised to find an office on my first attempt that meets the expectation created by my last Dr... Highly recommended!!

In all fairness my first experience was positive. However, I was told at the initial online appointment that I needed to come in for a wellness check. Redirect would contact me. That contact never happened, so I took the initiative and called them. An appointment was scheduled, and I came into their Glendale office for a visit. Unfortunately, they did not have my information in their computer system. The employee kept apologizing. It wasn't a big deal but it continued a pattern of not being on top of things. After the wellness check, I was told via email that Iab results indicated that I should come in for blood work. I scheduled an appointment. Following that, I had a positive test for Covid in late July. I called Redirect to schedule an appointment. I was told that I would not receive any medicine until I had a telehealth visit. That was on a Thursday. I tried to schedule a time but I was told that they could not see me until later Monday morning. I told them to forget it if they couldn't find five minutes to do a telehealth visit to provide medication. I recovered on my own. Finally, I never received a reminder or fasting instructions for the blood work appointment that I made. I was off by an hour, so that is on me. Yet, I believe that a courtesy reminder sent by email would have been appropriate. However, they don't send a reminder if it is for blood work. All of the above concerns me. It makes me wonder how competent Redirect is at following up with patients, if they really care about their patients, or if they have too many patients. As for me, I canceled that blood work appointment, and I won't be back unless it is a life or death situation.
