Terrible customer service!! Had to call to see if my child’s glasses were there. Had to call again to see if her contacts came in. Was told they hadn’t and will need to reorder them. Claimed they do not know what is ordered and would not have known that they did not come in unless I called and asked. Long story short… it will take a month before my child gets her contacts.

Unfortunately I have to give one star due to the gravity of the error on their part. They provided a pair of glasses for our daughter, who drives, that was incorrect and despite our concerns around her having trouble with the New glasses they told us that she just needed to adjust and sent us home. Unfortunately, they made a grave mistake with the prescription and called us later and we are currently waiting for a new pair. The worst part is we asked them to double check and they supposedly went in the back and dead but if a thorough review had in fact been done they would have caught the error.

No they didnt for me. But the prices for glasses are kindof cheap and if you get two pairs the exam is free. They have a 2 pair for $69.99 deal.
