Most incompetent organization I've ever seen! My grandchildren have been abused for 9 years going on 10, because they fail to do their job! My grandchildren now have severe emotional issues from the continued abuse that has gone on for 9 years, while CPS sits by and does nothing! The case workers are a joke, extremely rude, I tried to leave messages regarding complaints and I never received a call back from anyone! They allow and cover up their incompetence! The whole staff needs to be replaced with competent people who really care about the children! I am disgusted and have no faith in CPS at all! It is clearly a waste of time to involve them!

they don’t take you seriously. two reports were filed against my mom, one made by me, to which it was closed and i wasn’t notified at all leaving me without answers for a week and a half. do better dcs and take care of the children like you claim to.

this place is horrible, they didn't listen to any of my concerns and everything I said would happen when the closed the case did happen.. my case manager was not helpful at all and her supervisor was worse....

Depending on the reason this may not be something that can be requested so easily. You could speak to the Case manager supervisor regarding your concerns.

My husband and I adopted our grandchildren now I'm told the kids ahcccs is stopped we recieved no letters what can you do, CPS NEVER SET US UP HEALTH CARDS

Go to DES and apply for healthcare. If you adopted them, they arnt the departments responsibility anymore. The departments ahcccs is a different plan for children in their partial custody only. It will expire shortly after adoption.
