Not quite yet. It's going to take some time before most dispensaries sell recreationally. I would say around this time next year, you will be able to purchase from most dispensaries (if you are 21+).
Up until April 19, you may have to wait till then. But it will be age 21
No not until it goes into affect in jan? and i think you have to be 21 and over to purchase.
