No too long. I went Sunday night, lines was only 10-20 people.
At 8.30 pm we waited about 20 minutes in the line for elevator

I don't think so. To ne it always appears that there are very few if sny visitors. I do believe it may be a little pricy to observe? Not sure about prices either. That being said I have probably given you No Usful information. Next! Lol.
I can't tell you , i went to a wedding there, but i will say it was AWESOME!!!, the view & the staff were great.
