Apt hot water is bad maintenance sell you a dream everytime you need something done take a week to fix things and bug problems!!! But hey if get past that move right in!!!!!
You do not want to live here only have hot water every now and then,maintenance comes say they will be back to finish job and they dont..These apts are overpriced and they suck.parking is horrible and you have to pay 40.00 a month to park in covered parking.so if you like cold showers before you go to work,and you dont mind the ceiling falling in on you because their is always a leak .Then move in and enjoy your stay.
