I am sure this comment will be flagged and the comment will state you are unaware that I am a tenant here, but I can assure you I am, and have been for 2 years now. I live on the first floor and up until recently things have been ok living here. My only complaint is that the walls are incredibly thin. If you have people above you, you can hear every stomp every bang every loud noise. It is like you are constantly hoping with people coming and going that there is some effort and consideration put in who they place above you. Management does not seem to have any way of enforcing moving hours or cleaning hours for staff who is fixing apartments that would make it less of a big ordeal for the tenants underneath. We had an upstairs neighbor begin moving at 6am last week. Dragging, banging things around, stomping, ect. I seriously hope that management does something or puts something in a rule form to where things are being done during mid day instead of early in the morning. Other than that, it has not been a horrible experience living here.

I have reside at the Jackson for over a year and a half. I initially was attracted to the Jackson because of its large pieces of artwork and beautiful furniture and overall decor. The location is very convenient. However, Roshanda Wright professional ability to address concerns as well as her personal commitment to make this a positive community for residents has made the difference.

Armando a staff member at the Jackson heights was very nice and helpful. We had three big bags as my mom was flying out of the US, he helped us by putting them in the car and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
