One of the worst Student apartments. There is no service even after raising maintenance request for weeks. There is no security as well for the rooms.

Liv plus is one of the most disorganized and dirtiest student apartments in Arlington. During the beginning of my lease, one of my packages was lost and the workers at the front desk did nothing to help me. Also the Wi-Fi is always going in and out during school semesters and I live on the fourth floor and have clean roommates but still see roaches every other day. Recently my unit’s air conditioning went out. However, no one was answering the phone while the front desk was open. I couldn’t walk to the front desk at the time because I was at work so I had to call for the 24 hour help line when they were closed to get maintenance to come in the next morning. The maintenance man told us at 9 am that he would come back at 1 to let the AC defrost but never came back. I called the office for help while they were open but still no answer. So I came down to the office and they said they had planned to have a portable AC unit come at 7. However, I’m upset that nobody told me this and left me and my roommates in the dark. I’ve also ran into an instance where I forgot my keys inside my apartment and the on call staff forgot about me so I ended up being locked out for over 2 hours late at night and had to call the 24 hour help line a few times.

The apartment looks nice from the outside but it’s a whole different story on the inside. Me and my roommates were extremely clean people and cockroaches would be everywhere. Random bugs on the walls as well. They did nothing but put a bug trap piece of paper. Me and my roommates had to completely move the fridge to find hundreds of bugs back there and even after this, we still had so many bugs. When moving in the apartment was extremely dirty, our feet would turn black walking on the floors for 5 mins. They offered no resolution for us. Extremely loud fire alarms will go off multiple times at 3am. The hallways and trash area are extremely dirty and not maintained/cleaned. Packages get lost all the time. Absolutely almost no visitor parking spots available and if you do park in a normal parking spot they will tow your car and it will be $350 to get out. The extra charges on the bills get more expensive past 3 months even if I barely use anything. They barely charge you in the beginning to make it seem like that’s what they promised but it raises so much. People smoke a lot here so if you live next to a smoker your appt will smell a lot even if you don’t smoke. In the office it’s just a bunch of teens working there and could care less about your issues. Parking is not included when living here it’s an extra $20 a month. Don’t even bother paying the $40 for a personal parking spot it isn’t worth it. I would not recommend this place whatsoever to anyone look somewhere else even if it’s pricier. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the gym is nice, Pool is nice ,and maintenance staff people are supper nice. Other than that this place was horrible.

Worst leasing team they don't communicate with you and you will not get your preferred roommates. Do not choose liv+. If liv+ is seeing this please respond!
