Banking at Signature is like going back in time to when everyone at the Branch was a friend and always went the extra mile for you.

Ms Jan Ashley & Ms Sheryl Fredrick make banking a pleasure. I dont know about these other banks with their fancy commercials and zero service but these people should teach a course on customer service & professionalism

The bank is fine and all the staff are very kind and there's never a line. It's just now in an inconvenient location. It's on the third floor of a building where security has to call up to the third floor to 'announce' me. But, the fact that there is never a line is great. One thing to note: they have an app for Android. You can actually check your balance on the app, but don't bother trying to deposit a check with the app. It freezes my two phones and tablet every time.

Highly unlikely, could be a scam or a promotion to get you to deposit money and open a account. This is a commecal bank.

I received the same check and attempted to cash it twice and both times the machine couldn't read it to verify it. I then attempted to upload it to my bank via their app and it couldn't be uploaded. I called the number on the letter that came with the check and was told the numbers on the bottom were too high. I went a step further to call the issuing bank and verify the check and was met by a rude lady who told me I needed to be a financial institution to verify such a check before being promptly hung up on. This leaves me highly skeptical regarding the person who claimed they were told detailed information by the bank about the authenticity of the check. I am very suspicious regarding the idea that hundreds or even thousands of checks could have been mailed out without anyone realizing the numbers were misplaced.
