I wasn't clear on the phone part of the procedure, but the wonderful rep at East 73rd St, just off 3rd, took over & set everything up for me. I had the test done this morning & received my result this evening. I'm impressed with the efficiency & the assistance from their employee.

They send the result by E-mail only when they do it at the test points in Manhattan…they sent it to me on time as they offered it to me….I am happy 🙂
