Ordered multiple crystals but the two girls working there are unprofessional! I ordered a large crystal which of course was very pricey, never gave me insurance at time of pick-up, I went back like 1.5 week later as one of them said get insurance anytime & they refused to unless I brought the crystal along because they need to see of it broke or so. I gifted my husband the crystal for his bday & the LED base she sold to me was the wrong one so as my husband put the crystal on it, it fell due to the heavy weight the base couldn’t carry. It’s so frustrating! I went back and told the other girl who works there and she’s like I wouldn’t sell you the one she did as it’s not the right one for that big crystal. So now I’m left with it. & when I ask to speak to their manager or boss they both say we are the managers. Like wth… waste of $400+ Never again!! I even went to another 3D innovation and they were being so helpful & even showed me the right LED base because I still have the wrong one the girls gave me. Looking to speak to the big boss soon.

Was at the mall looking for a 40th bday gift for my brother. My daughters saw the 3D Innovation booth and asked to check it out. Lauren was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us pick the perfect gift for my little brother. Definitely check out her booth when at Roosevelt Field Mall...she will not steer you wrong and you will end up with a wonderful gift. Thanks again Lauren!!!
